Job Description

Job Description: • Be part of Business Development Team and assist the superior in a broad marketing and business development role, encompassing: - To streamline the handling of inquiries and to conduct feasibility study on targeted new market which has potential to attain growth, survey the market orientation and prepare proposal and recommendation. - Coordination of market development abroad by putting together new market development plans and closely monitor ensuring the progress are within timeline. - To identify and analyze branches/stockist operations issues and propose necessary solutions and action plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes, as well as to sustain and maximize growth. - To guide the branch operation team on internal control procedures and reporting system compliance to the requirements of the Headquarter. - To support marketing team on marketing activities and other supportive operational cases. - To develop training materials to improve sales performance of the leaders and distributors. - To prepare own departmental policies and work procedures, including work flow and SOPs. - To take on additional responsibilities/tasks and carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. - Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when required.


Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Finance/Accounting, Commerce or relevant equivalent. • At least 2 year(s) of experience in the relative work industry. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills. • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Able to work under pressure and efficiently with tight deadline. • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally. • Ability to follow oral and written instructions. • Ability to speak good English. Local dialects are a bonus. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Able to travel to many work locations, local and/or overseas.
