Position: Executive Risk Management & Governance Job Responsibilities (ERM): Assist the Manager in coordinating and managing risk across the Group, which include but not limited to • Establish, maintain, and administer the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and drive risk management initiatives across the Group’s operations. • Perform risk assessment: inclusive of facilitating risk assessment workshops, follow-up on risk identified and effectiveness of mitigation controls/activities, updating risk registers and preparation of reports for the relevant governance forums e.g. to the Risk Management Committee. • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding best internal control practices that minimize risk to the organization; • Work closely with other functions to formulate policies and procedures to strengthen risk management activities and practices within the Group. • Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization. • Ad hoc administrative / project assigned from time to time. Job Responsibilities (BCM): Assist the Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across DXN Group which includes: • Identifying BCM program requirements, rollout program plans, monitor overall BCM efforts across the organization. • Coordinate and collaborate with business units/subsidiaries in the development and execution of business continuity plans, recovery strategies and procedures. • Support the establishment and reviews of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans to identify the criticality of business functions and systems, points of vulnerability, and business recovery requirements. • Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery Plan and BCP exercises (e.g., call tree, BCP simulation exercise, and table-top exercise). • Assist in crisis management in the event of a business disruption, i.e., support crisis invocation and coordinate implementation of recovery resources as appropriate. • Conduct reviews and update BCM-related documents (e.g., policies, business continuity plans) when necessary and to ensure documents are up-to-date. • Strengthen BCM awareness at all levels by conducting training and workshops. Job Responsibilities (Governance): Assist the Manager in Governance program across DXN Group which includes: • Design and implement governance frameworks, including policies, processes and standards to enhance accountability and transparency. • Ensure the organization’s governance aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Ensure that policies are reviewed and updated regularly and communicated effectively across departments. • Ensure alignment with governance objectives and prepare periodic governance reports. • Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness of governance policies and compliance requirements. • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of governance practices and frameworks periodically. • Work closely with risk and compliance teams to uphold corporate integrity.
Requirements: • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Public Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English. • 1 -2 years of relevant experience in risk management, business continuity management, governance and compliance. • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. • Self-starter, resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
