Job Description
- Assist customers with product purchases and provide accurate information on products and services. - Deliver professional and friendly customer service in handling inquiries and requests. - Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities, promotions, and events. - Monitor branch/store operations and liaise with the storekeeper to ensure sufficient stock availability. - Handle email inquiries, prepare reports, and assist in general administrative and office management tasks. - Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a positive customer experience at all times. - Assist in coordinating branch activities and supporting operational efficiency. - Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and branch performance goals.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills and ability to speak additional languages will be an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships and effectively engage with customers. - Willing to travel or work outstation when required. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy work shifts with a positive attitude. - Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
