- Manage and organize all Agro Section documents (plantation reports, SOPs, GIS maps, contracts, BOQ) with proper filing systems for easy retrieval. - Control document versions, tracking, and standardization to ensure accuracy across Agro operations. - Handle project and operational documents, including contractor submissions for plantation development and maintenance works. - Verify and maintain documentation for contractor claims and payment processes in coordination with GIS and site teams. - Coordinate document flow between Agro Section, GIS, Finance, and Management, and prepare status reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies, plantation standards, and support audit requirements. - Maintain document control systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, proper updates, and secure backups.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Minimum 1–3 years experience in document control or administrative roles (preferably in plantation/project environment) - Strong organizational and filing skills - Good knowledge of document control procedures and systems (DMS, Excel, databases) - Attention to detail with high accuracy in handling documents - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines - Basic understanding of project documentation (contracts, reports, drawings, BOQ)
