Job Description
Supervise and monitor daily project site activities, ensuring progress aligns with approved timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams (Engineering, QA, Production, HR, Safety, etc.). Review and verify layout designs, equipment specifications, and installation schedules. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, Halal, and relevant statutory requirements. Participate in machinery FAT, SAT, and commissioning processes. Prepare monthly progress reports and highlight potential risks or deviations. Plan manpower requirements and training programs for factory operational readiness. Serve as the main liaison between HQ, Jitra Factory, and project stakeholders. Transition into full factory management role upon commissioning.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in manufacturing operations, factory setup, or project management; experience in GMP, food, or pharmaceutical industries preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and Halal system implementation. Project management and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. Other Requirements: Willing to be based in Gua Musang, Kelantan and travel between Jitra/HQ as needed. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
