Job Description
Support chefs in food preparation (cutting, chopping, basic cooking). Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment. Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty. Understand menu content and any promotional activities. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards. Store ingredients properly and check stock level. Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduates – No prior experience required; candidates with a diploma or certificate in culinary arts are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work under pressure Punctuality Good health condition
