Job Description
Job scope: - Assist the Project Person-in-Charge (PIC) with daily project activities. - Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress. - Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for superiors, highlighting achievements and issues. - Identify defects and non-conforming work; issue memos for corrective actions. - Supervise defect rectification to ensure quality and compliance. - Ensure contractors comply with contract documents, quality standards, and site safety regulations. - Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. - Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate site records. - Perform other tasks as instructed by the superior.
Job Requirements
1. 8 years experience as technician or technician officer/executive 2. experience in industrial work 3. able to work odd hours 4. have driving license
