Job Description
Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, engaged with Project Manager Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, adhere company procedures Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, within budget approved by Group Finance and successful project execution. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Organize workshops to support the implementation of new business initiatives, effectively communicating project objectives and benefits to stakeholders. Lead, mentor and support project team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Job Requirements
Assist in preparing project schedules, trackers, reports, and documentation. 2. Progress Tracking Update project status, milestones, risks, issues, and action items. 3. Document Control Maintain proper filing, registers, and version control of project documents. 4. Meeting & coordination Support Organize meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, and track action items. 5. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate information flow between project teams, consultants, and PMO.
