Job Description

Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote DXN Cyberville’s products and services. Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Monitor and analyze marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. Develop engaging content for social media, promotional materials, and internal communications. Manage brand consistency across all communication channels. Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with operational goals. Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Organize and support events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and community engagement activities. Must be willing to work during events or functions organized by DXN, including weekends and public holidays when required.


Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and creative planning Communication and public relations Campaign management Data analysis and reporting Brand and content development Education and Experience: Engage in ongoing development through courses, training, and industry networking Keep up with evolving marketing trends and tools. Certification: Optional: Digital Marketing, Branding, or related certifications Professional Development: Engage in ongoing development through courses, training, and industry networking Keep up with evolving marketing trends and tools Job skills: Content creation and copy-writing Social media and digital platform management Time management and multitasking Interpersonal and client engagement skills Creativity and visual storytelling Knowledge requirements: Marketing principles and campaign design Market research and customer behavior Branding and communication strategies Event and activation planning Online tools and analytic platforms Working Experience Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or promotional role. Prior experience in hospitality, events, or F&B industries is an advantage. Experience in campaign execution and performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional team. Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during company events.
