Job Description
1) Perform laboratory testing in accordance with approved and validated/verified methods. 2) Review analytical data, calculations, and results to ensure technical accuracy 3) Ensure testing activities align with ISO/IEC 17025 clauses for technical competence and quality. 4) Follow all quality policies and maintain impartiality in laboratory operations. 5) Monitor equipment performance, calibration status, and maintenance schedules. 6) Monitor quality control charts, reference materials, duplicate samples, and blanks, ensure test results meet predefined acceptance criteria and data integrity. 7) Train laboratory personnel on test methods, equipment operation, and safety procedures. 8) Prepare and maintain technical documentation (validation files, uncertainty reports, QA records), ensure proper record-keeping, version control, and document traceability.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. 2) Experience in analytical testing, QC, and laboratory instrumentation. 3) Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, hands-on experience with analytical techniques relevant to the laboratory’s scope. 4) Ability to work independently and in a team, with high integrity and attention to detail
