Develop work plan and procedures and require that these to be followed in all day-to-day operations. Irrespective of other responsibilities and resource needed, including implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management system and followed at all times and in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025. Accountable for the execution of the quality control procedures such as customer complaints, corrective actions and nonconforming items.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience with similar roles and responsibilities in analytical testing laboratory preferably in chemical. Registered Chemist with Institute Kimia Malaysia (IKM)
