Job Description
Position Overview The Finance Senior Executive for PI will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of multiple projects, with a primary focus on LATAM initiatives. This role involves reviewing project cash flows, monitoring CAPEX and OPEX utilization, preparing financial reports, and liaising closely with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all financial matters. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience in project-based financial management. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Cash Flow Management • Review, analyze, and validate project cash flows for LATAM and other assigned projects. • Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for project needs. • Conduct variance analysis versus forecasted cash flow and highlight discrepancies. • Provide monthly cash flow projections to management for decision-making. 2. CAPEX & OPEX Monitoring • Track, review, and report all project-related CAPEX and OPEX expenditures. • Ensure expenditures comply with approved budgets and financial policies. • Prepare monthly budget utilization reports and flag potential overruns early. • Support the preparation of CAPEX/OPEX submissions and approvals. 3. Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned projects. • Assist in consolidating project financials for regional and group reporting. • Conduct financial performance analysis to support strategic planning. • Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management review. 4. Liaison With Finance Department • Coordinate with the Finance Department on payments, invoicing, accruals, and project accounting matters. • Ensure timely posting of financial transactions and proper documentation. • Support audit processes by providing required financial data and explanations. 5. Project Support & Compliance • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support financial planning and tracking. • Ensure project spending complies with internal controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements. • Participate in project meetings and provide financial insights where necessary. 6. Process Improvement & Governance • Recommend enhancements to budgeting, reporting, and cash flow monitoring processes. • Implement financial best practices to strengthen governance across projects. • Assist in developing templates, SOPs, and tools to improve financial oversight.
Job Requirements
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 1-3years experience in project finance or similar role. • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. • Experience with LATAM markets or multi-country project finance is an advantage. • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
