Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Group Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving insights through data analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Strategy, and Business Leadership—and engage with senior stakeholders such as the CEO, CFO, and other company leaders. • Provide accounting, financial, and business-related analysis and reporting support for the company’s operations and initiatives. • Analyze financial results and business performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership. • Anticipate potential questions and proactively provide supporting analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial insights and operational strategies.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles. • 5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights. • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing reports for senior executives. • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams.
