1. SEO Strategy & Website Optimization • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve DXN’s online visibility and search rankings. • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimizations. • Monitor and analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). • Work with the content team to ensure web pages, blogs, and landing pages are optimized for search engines. • Track industry trends and make recommendations for continuous SEO improvements. 2. Social Media Advertising & Campaign Management • Plan, create, and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). • Define and refine target audiences for engagement and conversion. • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and video content. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. 3. Digital Content & Brand Engagement • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital assets are aligned with SEO best practices and brand identity. • Support the development of digital content strategies to increase engagement and conversions. • Monitor online conversations, track sentiment, and assist in crisis communications and reputation management. • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all digital platforms. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Develop and maintain regular reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, paid ad performance, and audience engagement metrics. • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better performance. • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager. • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). • Hands-on experience in running A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
