• 协助处理本房地产代理公司的日常运营事务，包括客户服务、带看物业以及文件处理。
• 学会运用最新AI自动化回复顾客系统。
• 学会拍摄与剪接技巧，用于建立产品广告与Marketing。
• 参与现场实战，与顾客表达产品，掌握实际的谈判技巧，以及有效的沟通方法。
• 维护并更新数据库中的房源资料及客户信息。

About the role

Dynaland Properties' is seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic real estate team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor. This full-time internship position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the thriving real estate industry, with the potential for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of our real estate agency, including customer service, property viewings, and documentation processing
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the marketing and promotion of our diverse property portfolio
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential opportunities
• Learn to shoot & edit video for profile building, company branding & marketing uses.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to gain valuable negotiation and communication skills
• Maintain and update property listings and client information in our database

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program, such as real estate, business, or marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and property management software
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
