Job Description

• Inspect the incoming raw material, intermediate and finished good and ensure their specifications are met
• Carry out sorting according to specifications.
• To inspect the intermediate and finished good by workers along the production line.
• Conduct moisture test after drying process, to ensure meeting specifications.
• Monitor to ensure all practices and procedure are carried out in accordance to the system
• Responsible for the machines and furnaces that apply heat treatments to clean, harden or temper EBN and make it ready for use in production. 
• Setting times and temperatures, and making adjustments where necessary.
• Recording quantity of EBN, keeping daily record.
• Any other assignment related to quality as and when required by the Factory Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food science or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years experience in QA/QC/ Food science preferrable in Manufacturer of Food & Beverages industry
• Good analytical skills and excellence quality tools and methodologies
• Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System, GMP, HALAL and other accreditations
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will need to liase with China customer) 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervisor
• Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Mon-Fri), 8.00am - 1.00pm (Sat)
