Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints 
• Create design concepts that meet client requirements and adhere to project budgets. 
• Produce detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. 
• Recommend, select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes. 
• Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being followed 
• Oversee the installation of design elements and make necessary adjustments 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects 
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools. 
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. 
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
