Job Description

• Oversee daily operations at the construction or project site.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project managers.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to management.
• Inspect work quality and address any issues that arise.
• Manage site resources, including materials and equipment.
• Resolve site-related problems and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain site documentation, including reports and safety records.

Job Requirements

• A diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in ID construction or site supervision.
• Willing to travel, able to work overtime, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Honest, Intergrity, Self-initiated and Dynamic.
• Effective communication skills, time management and the ability to multitask.
• Able to communication in Mandarin or other dialects.

· Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD).
