• Support customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, email & remote support 
• Help users solve software and system-related issues 
• Guide customers on how to use accounting & payroll systems 
• Conduct online or onsite training for customers 
• Work together with the technical team to solve issues 
• Follow up with customers and ensure smooth support experience 

Job Requirements

• Training provided — no experience needed 
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred 
• Good communication & problem-solving skills 
• Positive attitude and willing to learn 
• Responsible and customer-friendly personality 

Basic IT or accounting software knowledge is a bonus
