E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd (EDS) has been established nearly 40 years since 1986. Our headquarter is located at Bukit Serdang, Selangor, with two direct branches located at Melaka and Johor Bahru. 
We are the authorised dealer of two of our industry-leading Japanese brands, which are RICOH (M) SDN BHD and BROTHER INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD. We are well-experienced and mainly provide RICOH’s and BROTHER’s Multi-Function Printer (MFP), and their updated products, such as Office Equipment and Office Solutions. 
We are experts in sales consultation and service including both hardware and software. We are providing and assisting organization with our product’s technologies to transforms / improve your business processes and information management, to increase your organization’s productivity and is cost-effective.

Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain an active and consistent presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other assigned platforms.</li>
<li>Plan and schedule posts based on the company’s content calendar.</li>
<li>Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.</li>
<li>Write captions, promotional copy, video scripts, headlines, and calls to action.</li>
<li>Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.</li>
<li>Research current trends, competitors, and new content opportunities.</li>
<li>Help grow the company’s followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotional content.</li>
<li>Assist with video shooting, editing, and short-form video production.</li>
<li>Write video scripts, hooks, captions, and marketing copy.</li>
<li>Create product demonstrations, educational content, promotional videos, and lifestyle content.</li>
<li>Adapt content for different platforms and target audiences.</li>
<li>Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, designs, and marketing materials.</li>

Graphic Design and Digital Advertising
<ul>
<li>Design social media posts, promotional banners, advertisements, product visuals, and campaign materials.</li>
<li>Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.</li>
<li>Resize and adapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and advertisements.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing creatives and copy for social media advertising campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor basic advertising results and prepare performance updates.</li>
<li>Ensure all content follows the company’s branding and visual style.</li>

E-Commerce and TikTok Shop Support
<ul>
<li>Assist with managing and monitoring the company’s TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.</li>
<li>Update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and promotional information when assigned.</li>
<li>Monitor products, campaigns, vouchers, customer engagement, and shop performance.</li>
<li>Support product launches, affiliate activities, livestream preparation, and sales campaigns.</li>
<li>Help identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and online sales.</li>
</ul>
Reporting and Coordination
<ul>
<li>Track basic content performance, including reach, views, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and conversions.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly or monthly social media performance reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the team on promotions, product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Perform other related marketing duties assigned by the supervisor.</li>
