Job Requirements

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Junior Social Media Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will transform creative concepts into high-performing visual assets for platforms like Website, TikTok, and Facebook.This is an entry-level, full-time position. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. You will have the opportunity to build a strong portfolio while working alongside senior creative talent.
Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design eye-catching static posts, carousels, infographics, and banners optimized for various social media platforms.
• Template Development: Assist in building reusable, on-brand design templates to streamline our daily content publishing workflows.
• Basic Video & Motion: Edit simple video clips, add on-screen typography, and create basic animations for short-form video formats like Reels and TikToks.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm with social media managers and copywriters to generate creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is a major plus.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with current social media design trends, aspect ratios, and export requirements.
• Soft Skills: A strong willingness to learn, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle constructive feedback.
• Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship design projects is required for consideration.
