Office Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Job Requirements

What we need you to do?

  • To provide general administrative and operations support.
  • HR duties
  • Able to involve in inventory management
  • Monitor on daily basis - inventory level, inventory movement & purchasing
  • General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.
  • Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor communication.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and other necessary reports.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

What we need from you?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/ Diploma.
  • Required skills): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.
  • Min 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply!
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
