Job Description

You will be working with Eagle Secure Tech's operations team to keep the office running smoothly. This role is the backbone of their daily activities, where you will handle everything from basic HR tasks to inventory tracking and simple accounting support.

They need someone who is organized and ready to jump into various administrative areas to ensure the business operates without a hitch.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & ISO Management

  • Organise digital and physical records so that information is easy to find.
  • Coordinate tasks & jobs across various departments (Sales, Technical, Inventory)
    Close and Constant communication with Customers
  • Support ISO compliance and documentation
    Assist in updating manuals and records to meet ISO quality standards.
  • Ensure all processes follow the required guidelines so the company stays certified.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • At least a Higher Secondary, STPM, A Level, Pre-U, or Diploma in any field.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Knowledge
Common Sense
Familiarity with ISO documentation requirements is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualities

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments and vendors.
