Job Description
About the Role
Looking for more than routine accounting work? Join our Finance team and be part of keeping business operations running smoothly through efficient payment processes and strong financial support.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure in a manufacturing environment while working with different teams and improving finance workflows.
What You’ll Do
Support and manage daily Accounts Payable activities including:
- Verify supplier invoices and process payments accurately
- Perform matching of PO, supporting documents and invoices
- Follow up and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
- Prepare payment schedules and maintain supplier records
- Process staff claims and support month-end activities
- Assist in improving finance processes
- Support ad hoc finance tasks when required
Job Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiar with accounting systems (AutoCount is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
