Job Description

• Assist in managing and scheduling content across various employer branding social media platforms.
• Develop and produce creative content (graphics, videos, articles, and posts) that aligns with our employer branding strategy.
• Assist in recruitment ad-hoc activities.
• Gather data for payroll processing in a timely manner while ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in the planning of company events and communication.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects/reporting
• Assist administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation
• Support in any operational and ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Able to speak and write in Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
