Be the key coordinator behind every successful order.

At EAN Label Industry Sdn Bhd, our Operation Support team plays a vital role in ensuring every customer order moves smoothly from order confirmation to final delivery.

You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Service to coordinate daily operations, solve problems, and keep everything running efficiently.

What You'll Do

📦 Order & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation until delivery. 
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. 
• Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines. 
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time. 

🚚 Logistics & Procurement

• Arrange deliveries within Klang Valley and coordinate courier services for outstation customers. 
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and liaise with suppliers. 
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and courier partners when required. 

📄 Documentation & Administration

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders and other operational documents. 
• Verify invoices and ensure documentation is complete before goods are released. 
• Upload customer payment slips for Accounts verification. 
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM system. 

🤝 Customer Coordination

• Inform customers when orders are ready for collection. 
• Handle basic customer enquiries and direct requests to the relevant departments. 
• Follow up on delivery arrangements and order status. 

💡 Process Improvement

• Support improvements to operational workflows and internal processes. 
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency through ERP, CRM and digital tools.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Experience in Operations, Sales Support, Logistics, Procurement or Administration is an added advantage. 
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn. 
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office & ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage).
