Job Description

• Assist with daily production operations and tasks
• Identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, implementing solutions to streamline operations 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality, packaging or production processes 
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies 
• Monitor the performance of key equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary 
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
• Create training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids to facilitate the training process 
• Identify potential safety hazards, implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in the field of process engineering or a related discipline 
• Familiarity with printing technologies and packaging processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in process optimization, quality control, and equipment maintenance 
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
