Job Description

• Manage and coordinate Easiwill’s social media and marketing activities.
• Follow up and manage leads generated from social media and digital campaigns.
• Identify and approach potential vendors, business partners and strategic collaborators.
• Develop partnerships with lawyers, accountants, property agents, insurance professionals and business owners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events and collaboration projects.
• Support the team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Flexible Work Arrangement

• Flexible working arrangement based on work responsibilities and results.
• When meeting vendors, partners or attending business appointments, you do not need to be in the office all the time.
• A balance of office-based work and external meetings depending on business needs.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching new people and building relationships.
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Experience in estate planning, insurance, property, legal or financial services is a plus.
