Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience is preferred. Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, premium retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage. 
• Fresh grads are welcomed 
• Passionate about customer service and enjoys interacting with people.
• Willing to learn about crystals and continuously expand product knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin is an added advantage.
