Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 
• Create a positive, high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback. 
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, reporting  
• Lead by example on the sales floor by understanding customer's needs, and recommending the most suitable crystals.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects Crystal Corner's premium and welcoming brand image. 
• Handle customer enquiries and service recovery professionally to build long-term customer relationships. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of retail experience, preferably within jewellery, fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle brands. 
• Previous experience leading a retail team. 
• Exceptional ability to drive sales performance and manage store operations. 
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills. 
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. 
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. 
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays. 
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu, Chinese is a bonus
