Job Description

 Duty and main responsibilities 

1. 1 maintain daily store operation from cash sales monitoring, store man power schedule planning, and cost    control on store expenses. 
2. 2 conduct stock take for all FOS stores monthly with follow the planning schedule. 
3. 3 Improve the stock delivery accuracy, minimized the wastage and process flow. 
4. 4 Monitoring the stock transfer transaction in the POS completed by monthly stock closing 
5. 5 Store presentation and maintenance as company FOS direction. 
6. 6 Motivate and coaching the sales team in order to achieved company goal. 
7. 7 make sure all stores are follow the SOP and procedure to operate the FOS stores. 

Job Requirements

1. 1 to 3 years experience in managing retail store.
