Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture and home living products.
• Provide a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat visits and customer referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.

Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets

• Actively promote products, bundles, and seasonal offers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Work consistently towards achieving individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance overall sales value.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

• Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Confidently explain product benefits and functionality to customers.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, labeled, and aligned with company merchandising standards.

Manage Customer Relationships

• Build strong rapport and trust with customers through honest and solution-driven communication.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales matters.
• Maintain and update customer information to support future engagement and loyalty programs.

Job Requirements

1 Candidates with SPM & Post graduate DIPLOMA level.   

2 Passion in retail industry    

3 Experiences in retail industry, and experiences in home fabric is advantage.    

4 Strong on man skill and leadership skill    

5 Hands on person and lead with good shown.   

6 Strong systematic organised to approch work    

7 fast paces and speed in taken action.
