Job Description

Duty and main responsibilities 

1 maintain daily store operation from cash sales monitoring, store man power schedule planning, and cost    control on store expenses. 

2 conduct stock take for all FOS stores monthly with follow the planning schedule. 

3 Improve the stock delivery accuracy, minimized the wastage and process flow. 

4 Monitoring the stock transfer transaction in the POS completed by monthly stock closing 

5 Store presentation and maintenance as company FOS direction. 

6 Motivate and coaching the sales team in order to achieved company goal. 

7 make sure all stores are follow the SOP and procedure to operate the FOS stores. 

Job Requirements

1. Candidates with SPM & Post graduate DIPLOMA level, professional degree in any field.    

2. Experiences in retail industry, and experiences in home fabric is advantage.    

3. Strong on leadership skill    

4. Hands on person and lead with good shown.   

5. Strong systematic organised to approch work
