Job Overview

Step into a pivotal role as Assistant Manager, Branding & Communications. In this position, you’ll help shape and execute impactful branding strategies and integrated communication plans that strengthen the E&O Group’s brand equity and market presence. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams — such as Sales & Marketing and Projects — and external partners, to ensure consistent messaging, compelling storytelling, and effective engagement across all touchpoints with our target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and assist with communications efforts - such as digital communications, public relations, and promotional activities—that support the brand and communications strategy
• Develop strategies to grow brand presence across platforms and channels
• Strategize, oversee, and implement content and campaigns on digital platforms (e.g. website, Facebook, etc.)
• Support the production of communication collateral in line with E&O brand guidelines
• Create, implement, and measure branding campaigns that encompass all communication efforts
• Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media content and other communication materials
• Launch media campaigns in response to breaking news
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of brand/project requirements
• Provide guidance and manage updates to the company’s website
• Lead digital campaigns through external partners or internal execution to drive brand visibility and engagement
• Oversee the company’s social media accounts—LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Manage the production of group corporate videos as well as videos for individual projects
• Formulate and execute digital strategies across all platforms and channels
• Plan corporate events such as CSR programs and press conferences

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 to 7 years of working experience in branding and communications field, preferably in real estate or property development 
• Knowledge in social media management, SEO, SEM will be an added advantage
• Experience in organizing and managing events
• Experience in organizing, pitching and dealing with the press
