Head of Human Resources

The Role
Reporting to senior management, this leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing HR and administrative strategies that drive organisational performance, employee engagement, and governance. The role demands a balance of strategic foresight and operational execution to support the Group’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end HR strategies encompassing talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee HR operations, administrative functions, and compliance to support business goals, including the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Manage and resolve disciplinary matters professionally, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment regulations.
  • Lead HR-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Utilise HR digital applications and systems to enhance process efficiency, data accuracy, automation and decision-making.
  • Partner with senior management to strengthen workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the team to deliver HR excellence and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within property development or related industries.
  • Strong strategic acumen with hands-on operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
