Job Description
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, checking and verify attendance (Overtimes, absent, leaves, ect)
- Recruitment and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Process and prepare documentation to personal activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc)
- Compiling and updating employee records (Hard Copy and Online System)
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Involve in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist Superior to deal with employee requests regarding Human Resources issues, rules and regulations
- Assist HR Executive in HR related assignments.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any field or min 2 years experience.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and report writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft and Excel programs.
