Job Description

  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Analyse data and prepares HR related reports for management
  2. Act as the point of contact regarding labor and government legislation matters
  3. Implement performance appraisal procedures and compile results
  4. Prepare human resource related documents such as memo, job description, confirmation letter, bonus letter, promotion letter, warning or violation letter etc. 
  5. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  6. Design employee’s compensation and benefits packages
  7. Design and implement performance appraisal procedures
  8. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing procedures and techniques
  9. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  10. Participate and monitor HR department’s budget
  11. Manage employees’ grievance and conduct counselling
  12. Review current HR technology and recommend effective relevant software
  13. Measure and manage employee retention and turnover rates
  14. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  15. Recommend initiatives and strategies to motivate employees
  16. Manage the full cycle of payroll process
  17. Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  18. Organize or support corporate events (in-house activities, dinners, corporate functions, exhibitions etc.) 

Job Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum 2 years or more working in Human Resource
  2. Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  3. Communication and Interactive skills. 
  4. Fluent in spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin
  5. Software skills (Microsoft office)
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Takes initiative, driven with a positive mindset.
