Eastway Engineering was established in 1982 with over 42 years of experience in the industry of Aerial Access Equipment. We have been supplying machines such as aerial work platforms (AWP), scissor lifts and boom lifts to customers in Malaysia. They are available for sales and rental. We also provide spare parts and repair / maintenance services.
We also supply complementary products for working at height such as Fall Protection System and Personal Safety products which include safety harness and anchorage.

Warehouse Solution Equipment is another part of our expertise. We are authorized dealer for products such as HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) Big Fans, Dock Levelers, Dock Shelters &amp; Seals, Vehicle Restraints and a whole range of other products and equipment to help make work place safer, more productive and reduce costs at the same time.

Another area to complement our warehousing solution is in the Material Handling Equipment range of products. They can transport heavy loads on wheels efficiently and ergonomically which transform material handling work into simple task.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Analyse data and prepares HR related reports for management</li>
<li>Act as the point of contact regarding labor and government legislation matters</li>
<li>Implement performance appraisal procedures and compile results</li>
<li>Prepare human resource related documents such as memo, job description, confirmation letter, bonus letter, promotion letter, warning or violation letter etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them</li>
<li>Design employee’s compensation and benefits packages</li>
<li>Design and implement performance appraisal procedures</li>
<li>Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing procedures and techniques</li>
<li>Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees</li>
<li>Participate and monitor HR department’s budget</li>
<li>Manage employees’ grievance and conduct counselling</li>
<li>Review current HR technology and recommend effective relevant software</li>
<li>Measure and manage employee retention and turnover rates</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations of the HR department</li>
<li>Recommend initiatives and strategies to motivate employees</li>
<li>Manage the full cycle of payroll process</li>
<li>Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process</li>
<li>Organize or support corporate events (in-house activities, dinners, corporate functions, exhibitions etc.)&nbsp;</li>
