Job Description

• Responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos related to company branding and recruitment
• Capture daily office environment, workplace atmosphere, and team culture footage
• Produce recruitment promotional videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in developing creative scripts to enhance video appeal and engagement
• Perform basic video post-production editing (subtitles, transitions, background music, effects)
• Maintain the company’s video asset library, ensuring proper categorization and backup
• Track the performance of recruitment and promotional videos and provide improvement suggestions

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates/interested candidates welcome (the company can provide basic training). 

• Familiarity with mobile phone or camera photography, and understanding of basic photographic composition and lighting. 

• Proficiency in basic video editing software (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro).

• Possess a strong aesthetic and creative perspective, and enjoy expressing through the lens. 

• Strong initiative, strong communication skills, and teamwork skills.  

Plus Points: 

• Experience shooting videos for TikTok/IG Reels. 

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). 

• Ability to independently complete the entire video production process, from scripting, shooting, to post-production. 

• Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin/English/Malay) is a plus.
