<li>Capture daily office environment, workplace atmosphere, and team culture footage</li>
<li>Produce recruitment promotional videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist in developing creative scripts to enhance video appeal and engagement</li>
<li>Perform basic video post-production editing (subtitles, transitions, background music, effects)</li>
<li>Maintain the company’s video asset library, ensuring proper categorization and backup</li>
<li>Track the performance of recruitment and promotional videos and provide improvement suggestions</li>
