负责40名员工的完整人事流程与合规。
招聘与配置 / Pengambilan & Penempatan
制定招聘计划、发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试。
处理Offer Letter、合约、确认与解聘流程。
薪资与福利管理 / Pengurusan Gaji & Faedah
编制与审核薪资单,确保准确计算薪水、OT、津贴。
处理EPF、SOCSO、PCB、EIS及劳工局相关申报。
员工关系与纪律 / Hubungan Pekerja & Disiplin
处理员工请假、病假、紧急假等申请与记录。
