Job Description

Overall HR management

  • Independently established and implemented HR systems (onboarding, resignation, attendance, vacation, salary, and discipline). 
  • Responsible for the complete HR process and compliance for 40 employees.

Recruitment and placement

  • Develop recruitment plans, post job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. 
  • Handle offer letters, contracts, confirmation, and termination processes.

Salary management and Benefits 

  • Prepare and review payrolls to ensure accurate calculation of salaries, OT, and allowances. 
  • Process EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, and Labour Department filings.

People management and discipline

  • Process and record employee requests for leave, sick leave, and emergency leave. 
  • Coordinate and resolve employee disputes, issuing Show Cause Letters/Warning Letters when necessary. 
  • Establish a fair and transparent disciplinary system.

Policy and Compliance

  • Familiarize yourself with and ensure compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act 1955 and related labor regulations. 
  • Draft, revise, and implement company employee handbooks and policies.

Strategic Support

  • Report personnel data and employee status to the boss, providing decision-making input. 
  • Assist in promoting corporate culture and managing team dynamics.

招聘与配置 / Pengambilan & Penempatan

制定招聘计划、发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试。

处理Offer Letter、合约、确认与解聘流程。

薪资与福利管理 / Pengurusan Gaji & Faedah

编制与审核薪资单,确保准确计算薪水、OT、津贴。

处理EPF、SOCSO、PCB、EIS及劳工局相关申报。

员工关系与纪律 / Hubungan Pekerja & Disiplin

处理员工请假、病假、紧急假等申请与记录。

协调与解决员工纠纷,必要时发出Show Cause Letter / Warning Letter。

建立公平与透明的纪律制度。

绩效与培训 / Penilaian Prestasi & Latihan

协助老板制定KPI与绩效考核制度。

策划与执行员工培训(例如新员工Onboarding、在职培训)。

政策与合规 / Polisi & Pematuhan

熟悉并确保遵守马来西亚《Employment Act 1955》及相关劳工法规。

起草、修订及落实公司员工手册与政策。

战略性支持 / Sokongan Strategik

向老板汇报人事数据与员工情况,提供决策参考。

协助推动企业文化建设与团队氛围管理。


Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with the ability to independently handle comprehensive HR matters.  
  • Familiarity with legal requirements such as labor laws, EPF, Sociedad de Surveillance (SOCSO), EIS, and PCB. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with management, employees, and government agencies.  
  • Proficiency in Excel and common HR/payroll software. Strongly principled, with the ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.  
  • Language requirements: Proficiency in Chinese and Malay (English is a plus).

  • 至少 5年以上人力资源经验,有独立处理全盘人事的能力。
  • 熟悉 劳工法、EPF、SOCSO、EIS、PCB 等法定要求。
  • 良好的沟通能力,能与老板、员工、政府机构保持良好关系。
  • 熟练操作 Excel 及常见人事/薪资软件。
