Job Description

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Conceptualise and design creative artwork for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and corporate branding. 
• Produce high-quality artwork for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, posters, buntings, banners, catalogues, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials. 
• Design marketing collateral for social media platforms, the Company's website, and other digital communication channels. 
• Ensure all artwork complies with the Company's branding guidelines and visual identity. 
• Revise and update artwork based on feedback from Management and internal departments. 

2. Marketing Support

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative materials for festive campaigns, mall promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and events. 
• Ensure all creative materials are completed and delivered according to campaign timelines.

3. Artwork Production & Coordination

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital files according to production specifications. 
• Liaise with printing vendors and external suppliers regarding artwork requirements and production schedules. 
• Review proofs and ensure colour accuracy, layout consistency, and print quality before final production. 

4. Brand Management

• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and corporate communications. 
• Ensure all creative outputs reflect the Company's branding standards. 
• Organise and maintain an updated library of artwork files, logos, fonts, and design assets.

5. General Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and industry best practices. 
• Comply with the Company's SOPs, policies, and brand guidelines. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign). 
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and print production processes. 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
