Job Description

Video Production & Editing

• Plan, storyboard, film, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate events, and promotional materials.
• Produce engaging content such as product videos, interviews, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
  

Content Development

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to brainstorm content ideas that support digital campaigns.
• Assist in creating short-form content optimised for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit photos for marketing materials when required.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure content supports brand positioning and messaging.
• Help manage and organise the company’s multimedia library.

Technical & Creative Execution

• Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.
• Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Recommend creative improvements and new content ideas.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to align content with digital strategies, campaign timelines, and performance goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Film Production, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
