Job Description

Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? As a Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in handling inbound leads, consulting potential customers, and closing deals for our solution. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend marketing events, connect with industry professionals, and earn incentives based on successful sales conversions. We’d love to have you on board! 

Handle Inbound Leads

  • Respond to inquiries from potential merchants interested in our packages.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and ensuring a good fit for our solutions.
  • Follow up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls to nurture their interest and assist in decision-making.

Sales Consultation

  • Provide product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our platform.
  • Guide potential customers through the sign-up and onboarding process.
  • Address common concerns, such as payment gateway integrations, store setup, and marketing features.

Sales Closing & Conversion

  • Identify key selling points and use persuasive communication to encourage sign-ups.
  • Handle objections effectively to increase conversion rates.

Attend & Support Marketing Events

  • Get the opportunity to attend networking events, workshops, and business summits to learn about the industry and connect with potential leads.
  • Assist in on-ground event execution, including engaging with attendees and explaining our solutions.
  • Gather insights and feedback from event participants to improve sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in sales, ecommerce, and business growth.
  • Proficiency in English and either Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is required (to communicate effectively with different customer segments).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms is a plus.
