Project Overview: 

We are looking for an intern to oversee the update of university and college information on our 

website, including course details, tuition fees, and other relevant data. You will manage a team 

of data entry freelancers, assign tasks, check the quality of their work, and occasionally help 

with data entry yourself.

Responsibilities: 

● Manage and coordinate the project, ensuring timely and accurate updates. 

● Assign tasks to freelance data entry workers. 

● Review and check the quality of the data entered. 

● Help with data entry when needed. 

● Communicate with team members to solve issues and answer questions. 

● Provide progress updates and report any challenges. 

● Responsible for hiring data entry and QC team members (freelancers). 

● Handle invoice from data entry and QC team to check and submit to the finance 

department.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

● Ability to lead and communicate effectively with a team. 

● Good command of the English language. 

● Strong computer skills, uses keyboard shortcuts.
