About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our Operations Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions and administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about developing a career in HR.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in HR processes and administrative task in support with Operations Team.
• Support employee engagement activities such as training sessions, company events, and team-building activities.
• Help manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and confidential files.
• Conduct research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to improve HR processes.
• Support in preparing HR reports and data analysis.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee databases, drafting letters, and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
