You’ll be on the front line of our growth — discovering potential merchants, starting meaningful conversations, and opening doors for our sales team to turn interest into impact. What You’ll Do

  •  Hunt for new business — research, identify, and reach out to potential partners who can benefit from Eats365
  • Generate leads through a mix of creative outreach, inbound engagement, and clever prospecting strategies
  • Qualify leads and match them to our ideal customer profile so our sales team can focus on closing the right opportunities
  • Build relationships through thoughtful, authentic communication — not just scripts and templates
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine campaigns and share insights from the field
  • Track your interactions in our CRM like a pro — organized, disciplined, and data-driven
  • Continuously learn, iterate, and bring fresh ideas to improve how we connect with the market

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need

  •  Some experience in lead generation, business development, or sales — ideally in SaaS or tech (but fresh graduates with the right attitude are more than welcome!)
  • A genuine curiosity about the F&B industry and technology — you want to understand how restaurants tick and how Eats365 can make their lives easier
  • A sales hunter mindset — persistent, resilient, and not afraid to start conversations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia — you’re confident speaking with people from all walks of life
  • Agility and quick thinking — you can handle objections, adapt your approach, and keep things moving
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems — you understand the importance of follow-up and accountability
  • Self-driven but team-oriented — you can work independently, but you’re never alone in making things happen
