Job Summary
We are hiring a Software Support Specialist with strong interest in IT to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people across different industries, and wants to build a career in the IT field. You will be exposed to real IT support work while developing both technical and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat 
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues (software/ERP)
  • Escalate complex IT issues to the technical team when required 
  • Guide users step-by-step to resolve issues in a clear and patient manner 
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates, Diploma or Degree in any field (IT-related is a plus, not mandatory) 

*Added advantage - Accounting, Business Management, IT

  • Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn 
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) 
  • Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling users 
  • Neat and responsible
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred (but not required)

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g. troubleshooting, networks, software)
