Job Description

System Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed system requirement specifications and design documentation.

Software Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.
• Report and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Validate that software applications meet user requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Elicit, document, and manage user requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to define functional and non-functional requirements.

System Design and Documentation:

• Create system design documents and diagrams to illustrate software architecture and workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for software systems, including system requirements and design specifications.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective communication between development, testing, and business teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance software development and QA processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend relevant improvements.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field. 
•  Proven experience in business administration and/or quality assurance roles. 
•  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
•  Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. 
•  Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
