Job Description

  • Manage in-coming and out-going documentation and calls
  • Handle walk in clients for special sales offers 
  • Assist with identifying and respond to opportunities & tender request 
  • Preparation of quotations, handling inquiries and setting up meetings for introduction presentations potential clients 
  • Prepare POs/ Quotations/ Invoice/ DO  
  • Enter opportunities into sales management tool
  • Suggest, develop and implement effective administrative support system and upkeep this
  • Assist Sales Team to do market research and abstract information from BCI Asia 
  • Handle samples request
  • Liaise with external advisers and relevant Authorities 
  • Interact and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of sales processes will be an advantage as you will be involved in the sales and marketing processes
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field 
  • Candidate must be a mature, confident and independent person
  • Candidate must be a fast learner and able to work individually
