Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
- Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
- Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
- Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
Job Requirements
- High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work at Aeon Mall Taman Maluri, Kuala Lumpur.
