Job Description

• Responsible to produce detailed construction drawings based on confirmed design
• Manage drawing folders to ensure that all drawings are properly registered and documented in accordance with the company’s procedures
• Maintain appropriate templates and standardisation of the company’s drawing formats
• Able to perform site visits to ensure all construction works are well finished and done in accordance to construction drawings
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Architect or Interior Design
• Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Architecture or Interior Design industry.
• Skilled in Autocad 2D
• Intermediate in Adobe Photoshop
• Able to work independently 
• Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Open to candidates of all genders
